Accepting and respecting the Anti – Misrepresentation & Anti-Manipulation Policy, allow our Merchants to access and use the AtoZ Saving website and services of AtoZ Saving. Merchants are required to comply with the following policy.

Our promise to customers is quality products, deals, and services delivered on time without misrepresentation and manipulation so customers can shop with confidence and know that the products, deals, and services are of the highest quality and standards available in the marketplace and the information presented is accurate.

Our expectation from our Merchants is to take customer reviews and feedback seriously whether positive or negative.

Misrepresentation, false manipulation, misleading directly or indirectly the customer and the customer reviews, are strictly prohibited using the AtoZ Saving platform.

Misconduct may also violate laws applicable to your local state or the country, so we encourage our Merchants to provide accurate information to avoid legal action and civil and criminal penalties.

Our mission is to provide our customer base access to exclusive buying opportunities on quality products and services from reputable suppliers, we take the integrity truthfulness of our platform very seriously therefore, we will not accept falsify, misrepresent, misleading information to be attached within Merchant’s products, deals and offers description. We proudly offer everyone the premier online and mobile shopping experience so there is no room for misleading and misrepresentation. Our Merchants need to respect this policy plus the Atoz Saving Vendor/Merchant Code of Conduct agreement to avoid discomfort which may lead to suspend or terminate the relevant AtoZ Saving merchant account or accounts.

We are sure that our merchant will not misrepresent, manipulate the information within their offers or deals description. Please note that AtoZ Saving reserve the right to acquire legal action against dishonest merchants.

We will be pleased if you believe that a product, deal or offer description or information is inaccurate or misleading or if you believe that the review of a deal or an offer is manipulated, or if you believe that this policy or our Vendor/Merchant Code of Conduct is being violated in any manner possible, we assure you that we will take necessary steps to investigate your input and we will take necessary and appropriate action.

You are allowed to access and use the AtoZ Saving website and the services if you agree and respect the above terms.

By using the AtoZ Saving Website in any manner, you are bound by the Anti – Misrepresentation & Anti-Manipulation Policy and our Vendor/Merchant Code of Conduct, as well as the terms of the Agreement, published on our website or directly send to you. In case you do not accept any terms, then please do not use or open an account with AtoZ Saving.
