Prohibited Product Listing Policy – General Prohibitions

AtoZ Saving Ltd follows and respects the Government Prohibited law or jurisdiction; therefore, Merchants are not permitted to sell the following products though AtoZ Saving market solution:

  • Any type of Weapons, Guns, dangerous biological, chemical, or nuclear weapons, or other Weapons of Mass Destruction plus its accessories, rifles, shotguns, handguns and its accessories.
  • Posting any type of prescription drugs, psychotropic drugs, narcotics, illicit drugs like Mary Jane or precursors and drug paraphernalia)
  • The posting of tobacco or tobacco related products, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, cigarette tobacco, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, chewing and leaf tobacco. Accessories are ok.
  • Listing to sale live animals e.g., cats, dogs, any type of pets, fish, etc – this listing rule will not apply for those businesses that hold commercial licence from Government to sale on their site.
  • Listing to mail order brides
  • Posting digital downloadable software
  • Medical devices and any type of product before purchase that required prescriptions.
  • Recalled, offensive, hazardous & dangerous products or items.
  • Items that encourage illegal activities e.g., lock pick tools, synthetic urine for cheating drug tests
  • Items that are racially or culturally, ethnically, or religiously derogatory, or promote hatred, racial or religious intolerance and violence.
  • Giveaways, lotteries, raffles, or contests
  • Bonds, stocks, investment interests and other securities
  • Items that do not offer a physical product or service for sale, such as digital currencies and advertisements solely for the purpose of collecting user information.
  • Intellectual Property Violations

Please note that AtoZ Saving may remove or add prohibited items or services at any time, with or without cause. We will have no liability to you or any third party because of such update so please do not assume that a product is permitted simply because it is not listed within our Prohibited Product Listing Policy as the list is subject to change at any time in our sole discretion.

Further below list of instances that we may take down or remove portions of the content and photos you provided on products or deal. Please note that we reserve the right to suspend an offering for any reason without prior notice to you:

  • Allegations of infringement of intellectual property rights (all type of rights e.g., name, logo, patent, trademark, images, copyright, and trade secret/secrets)
  • Allegations of fake products sell offer or services.
  • No authorization to list, publish or sell offer, deal or product or services.
  • Allegations of deception in any aspect of product, deals or services.
  • Allegations of stolen goods

Your account may be suspended immediately if you listed prohibited product or service within our solution and you are fully responsible to issue refund and reimbursement to all customers without delay.

You are allowed to access and use AtoZ Saving website and the services if you agree and respect the above terms.

By using the AtoZ Saving Website in any manner, you are bound by the above mention policy, as well as the terms of the Agreement published on our website or directly send to you. In case you do not accept any terms, then please do not use or open an account with AtoZ Saving.
